Large moving companies generally hire drivers to transport your belongings and independent laborers on each end to load and unload your belongings. When you call Zen Movers the person you speak with on the phone will be the same individual (or group of individuals depending on the size of your move) you meet in person for your estimate or to begin your move and the same crew who will be there every step of the way regardless if it's locally or across the country. We use our dedicated team of employees exclusively, we do not hire laborers off the street to assist with your move as they would have no experience or history with our company, would not have earned our trust, nor would they understand our philosophy and business ethics.
