Still factory sealed but the seal has splits and tears. Very rare and large 1/8 scale museum quality kit. The three 1/8 aircraft in this series are widely considered to be the finest model aircraft ever produced. This kit duplicates the classic Sopwith Camel using many of the original material in a near perfect representation of the inner structure of the aircraft. There are 1,198 parts made from die-cut plywood, Japanese cypress, cast soft metal, brass, aluminum, rubber, injection molded plastic and many other materials. The wingspan is xxxxmm (42 inches) when assembled. The engineering of the kit is world-class right down to the assembly plans. Please note, this item must be shipped insured.
